Thank you for your understanding, and we hope we get back to our normal routine as soon as possible.

In the context of addressing the current crisis of the coronavirus, the company Cosmos Business Systems and its subsidiaries have created an action plan based on three levels, normal, yellow and red, depending on the crisis of the situation that will be observed. For each category there is an operation of services.

In this case, the action plan provides for the full operation of all activities, either at the company or by remote operation using technology, without having any cessation of operations-business interruption and business continuity Plan. In the case of obligatory stop, communication will be made by phone or using web conference, and of course via email.

To this end, there have been functional continuity provisions for the following departments:

1.    Technical Department / Delivery, Help Desk, Managed Services, Bench, Design and Installation, Support, Contracts, Data Center, Security

2.    Sales / Private, Public, Thessaloniki, Cyprus
3.    Software / Design, Installations, Support, Help Desk, Developers
4.    Purchasing / Orders in progress, New Orders
5.    Warehouse and Distribution
6.    Finance Department / Department Credit / HR / Compliance
7.    Administrative services

Supply Chain

Regarding the possibility of delivery and efficiency of materials has been drafted alternative sources. In any case, the supply chain, located mainly abroad, has already shown signs of improvement and delays do not seem to exceed 30 days.

Therefore, we recommend to our customers to anticipate a 2 months purchase plan, in order to have the needed buffer in case of any delay. Alternatively, we recommend the purchase of guaranteed used products, which could possibly meet immediately the needs.
Any shortages, due to non-functioning of factories, are well known and in communication with the sales department they can be replaced by alternative solutions.

Health and Safety

In conclusion, the company, which realizes the importance of the situation, through a detailed plan ensures the smooth operation throughout the crisis period. Apparently, acts fully under the instructions of the authorities in matters of health and safety issues and always keeps in mind that the ultimate good is the health of its employees and its clients and as well as their families.
