Return Policy of Products, Software, Services:

1. When you buy goods (products, services and Software) from COSMOS Group of Companies (Cosmos Business Systems S.A., Cosmos Consulting S.A., CBS IT SYSTEMS CYPRUS LTD) all the purchases become final and claim free after 5 business days following the issue of the invoice.
2. Customer has the right to claim for return of any goods or software product that has bought from Cosmos Business Systems S.A. or Cosmos Consulting S.A. or CBS IT SYSTEMS CYPRUS LTD provided that completes the return form (RMA Form), within 5 business days from reception.

1. Special orders for goods and software products and Build to Order (BTO) products are not eligible for return as are specially priced in accordance with specific customer order.

1. Also named products that the vendor has assigned licenses for specific customer or the vendor has no return policy, are not eligible for return.

1. Invoices concerning services consumed following specific customer order cannot be credited unless an approval from CBS exists and there was a claim about.

1. Customer is responsible for delivering the return products with his own means and cost to CBS premises.

1. Credit note is issued provided that the return product retains its original packaging is under excellent condition and licenses weren’t activated.

1. Customer accepts terms and conditions for return of products or software by signing the purchase order or/and the sales note.
